Dr. Mark Stavish, Cofounder, is President and General Manager of Evergreen Partners, a unique consulting and venture capital firm that specializes in helping people and organizations realize their goals.

Prior to creating Evergreen Partners, Dr. Stavish served as America Online’s (AOL) Executive Vice President of Human Resources from February 1995 through December 2002. Dr. Stavish was responsible for ensuring AOL’s Human Resource, Facilities and Security Operations supported the Company’s business strategy and direction.

In addition to his experience at AOL, Dr. Stavish spent over 8 years at Pepsi-Cola being responsible for human resource activities in several of Pepsi’s regional and headquarters business units and began his professional career with 9 years at Mobil Oil in a variety of HR roles.

Dr. Stavish serves as a Trustee for Shenandoah University and Northern Virginia Community College. He is a Director on the following for-profit Boards: Lowers & Associates, Inc.; Digital Sports, Inc.; Copyboy Publications, Inc.; and HumanR, Inc. In addition Mark is a Director on the following nonprofit Boards: INOVA Loudoun Healthcare, Inc.; INOVA Health Systems; Crossways International, Inc.; Every Orphan’s Hope; Loudoun Community Health Center; and the Virginia High School League Foundation. He is a past Chairman of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Stavish earned a Doctorate in Education at The George Washington University in Human and Organizational Learning, a Master of Science degree (Industrial Relations) and a Bachelor of Science degree (psychology) from Iowa State University.

Randy Trombly, Co-founder worked at America Online from April 1996 to December 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Randy served as Vice President, Human Resources Domestic Operations. Prior to AOL, he held high-level Human Resource positions at Melville Corporation, Grand Metropolitan, COMPAQ Computer and Tenneco. Randy has significant experience in staffing, as well as developing and implementing college-recruiting programs. Randy earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from Brockport State University.

Lynn McClain, M.Ed. comes to College Vision LLC, with over 19 years of college admissions experience. She has successfully counseled hundreds of high students in the college admissions process. Her students have been admitted to Ivy League schools, all of the service academies as well as public and private universities.

Lynn is credentialed for college counseling, secondary school counseling and community college counseling. She is a member of IECA (Independent Educational Consultant Association) and NACAC (National Association of College Admissions Counselors.

Lynn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and her Master of Education in Counseling from Providence College. She has earned her credentials in secondary school counseling and community college counseling, and is a certified college admissions counselor. Lynn is also a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the National Association for College Admissions Counselors (NACAC).

Lynn has also experienced experienced the college admissions process through the eyes of a parent. Her older son went to the University of Pennsylvania and is now in law school. Her younger son stayed in California and was admitted to University of the Pacific and now works for the San Diego Padres. She understands many of the concerns other parents have when their children leave home to pursue their lives after high school.

Lynn brings a national perspective to admissions counseling and enjoys working with students and parents at College Vision.
