It’s never too soon to start planning for college.
Our junior high school program sets academic life on the right path.
Our coaches work with junior high school students starting as early as 7th grade to develop the skills and habits necessary to succeed in high school and beyond. Study skills, time management, and organizational skills are among the skills we work to improve. Developing these good habits now will result in the type of high school outcome that leads to college admission success.
Our junior high school students take part in the Academic Guidance and Mentoring Program, a critical part of our college admissions success model. This program is tailored to the unique needs of the student but revolves around the following overarching topics:
- Study habits
- Routines
- Time management
- Fitness and nutrition
- Mentorship
- Goal setting
- Course selection and planning
- Summer enrichment
- Volunteer and extracurricular activities
- Family connection set up
- Career exploration
